All

be 45 minutes before the start of each session. Open age groups will swim in the morning sessions while 12&under age groups will swim in the

swim in combined heats separated only by gender, but awards will be given to 10
& under, 11-12, 13-14, and 15 & over age groups. Heat and lane
assignments will be posted and handed out to coaches prior to starting each

lane when their event is called.
Swimmers and coaches are responsible for ensuring their swimmers are in
the correct heat and lane.

of entry fees. There is an additional
$0.50 per entry charged for processing hand entries. Once entered by hand an email containing an HTML file of the
entry will be created and sent for confirmation.
Whether sent using email or regular mail, all entry
forms must be accurate, legible and complete. United States Postal Service
Overnight Mail for entry form, payment, and hand entries is the preferred
mailing method. If Overnight Mail is
used, indicate that the package be delivered even if no one is there to sign
for it. No fax, telephone, or deck
entries will be accepted and all fees must accompany the entry. Entries may not be changed after they are
submitted, but can be updated.
Exceptions to this policy are at the discretion of the Entry Chairman,
