ENTRIES:
Entries must be received by January 4, 2002. Entries on computer disk are appreciated whether using the LSA SwimMeet program (.sd3 file) or the Hy-Tek program (.cl2 file). If submitting entries on a disk or by e-mail, please also send a paper printout of the entry with the entry check. If using e-mail, the check and paper printout must be received within two days of the e-mail arrival.
Total entries for the meet are limited, therefore the meet will be cut by date of receipt. Send entry forms, summary sheets, and entry fees to:

United States Postal Service Overnight Mail is the preferred mailing method. If Overnight Mail is used, indicate that the package be delivered even if no one is there to sign for it. No phone or fax entries will be accepted and no seed cards are required. Entries received without payment will not be accepted. Times achieved in a 25 meter pool must be multiplied by .9049 to convert to yards.
Checks should be made payable to Green Mountain Aquatics. Entry fees for electronic entries are $2.50 per individual event and $4.00 for distance events 400 yards and longer. Entry fees for hand entries are $3.00 per individual event and $4.50 for distance events 400 yards and longer.
SCRATCHES:
All coaches will receive scratch sheets to be returned during warm-up of each session. The meet will be seeded based on these scratches. In order to run a timely meet, the coaches are encouraged to scratch all swimmers from events in which they will not be swimming.
ELIGIBILITY:
All swimmers must be 2002 registered athletes with U.S.A. Swimming. New England swimmers may register with Mary Riddell, 20 Cleveland Road, Needham, MA 02192.
CUTS:
In case of over-subscription, cuts will be made by the date of receipt. Notification of such cuts will be made by January 11, 2002. However, Friday evening events will be cut by time in order to limit that session to four hours or less.

AWARDS:
Distinctive Green Mountain
Aquatics ribbons will be awarded for individual events, places 4 6.
Medals will be awarded for individual events, places 1 3. In
addition, ribbons will be awarded to the winner of each heat.
ADMISSION:
Admission will be $1.00 per
session.
Programs will be available for $3.00 for the entire meet.
Heat sheets will be available for $1.00 per session.
Results are available for $5.00.
FORMAT:
All events are timed finals.
Swimmers may swim five (5) events per day.
No time entries will be accepted.
RULES:
2002 U.S.A. Swimming Rules
will govern the competition.
The decision of the Meet Referee is final unless written protest is
lodged
within 30 minutes of the heat being protested.
REFRESHMENTS & CONCESSIONS::
Food and drinks will be available but may not be brought into the pool area. Swim wear concessions will be available as well.
DIRECTIONS:
From 89 heading North: Take exit 15 onto Route 15 East. At the first stop light, take a left into the Saint Michaels College main entrance. The Ross Sports Center is located in the left end of the parking lot. Ample parking is available. Enter the Ross Sports Center through the main doors. The pool office is located at the end of the first hallway on the right. The locker rooms are located off of the main hallway.
From 89 heading South: Take exit 16. Take a right off of the exit onto Route 2/7 South. Follow into downtown Winooski. At the traffic light downtown, take a left onto Route 15 east. Follow Route 15 to the third traffic light. Take a left at the light into the main entrance of Saint Michaels College. Follow the directions above from the Saint Michaels College main entrance.
PLEASE NOTE: Coaches and parents are responsible for their swimmers at all times. All swimmers must be supervised by a coach during warm-up. Any swimmers attending the meet without a coach must report to the Head Referee before the start of the meet.
