MEET FORMAT: The meet will be swum as timed-finals.  Each session will be seeded by computer based on positive check-in at the beginning of each session.  Coaches will receive a positive check-in sheet before each session, which must be returned no later than 30 minutes before the beginning of the session.  Heat sheets will be posted around the pool deck.  Coaches will be able to pick up heat sheets for each event at the computer table.  Teams are responsible for providing their own timers for the Friday evening distance events.

SITE:  Karl B. Michael Pool is located in the Alumni Gym building of Dartmouth College on Wheelock St. in Hanover, NH.  The Michael Pool is a six lane 25 yard pool.  Wave-reduction lines separate lanes.  Timing and results displays are accomplished by Colorado® Timing.  Spectator capacity is 400 (in other words, much less than it used to be but also cooler).  The Spaulding Pool, a 25 yard, 4 lane pool is adjacent to the Michael Pool and is available as a separate warm-up and warm-down area for swimmers.

Swimmers and spectators are not allowed in any other of the athletic facilities including gymnasiums, weight rooms and training areas.  Food and drink are not allowed in the bleachers, deck or locker rooms.  Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building.

COURSE: Short course yards (25 yards).
