LOCATION: Salisbury Beach State Reservation, Salisbury MA.

RACE TIME: Check-in opens at 4:30 PM. All swimmers should check before 5:30 PM, Race Starts at 6:00 PM.

DISTANCE: One (1) Mile

COURSE: The race will begin off Salisbury Beach Reservation, it will be a triangular course. Course is subject to change.

ELIGIBILTY: The race is open to all swimmers currently registered with United States Swimming Inc. Swimmers should be able to swim a mile in 22:00.00 (1650/1500). Same sex teams of three are also contested.

RULES: 2002 Rules and Regulations will govern this event. All swimmers must finish the course within 45 minutes of start. No escorts are permitted.

ENTRIES: Entries should be received by Aug 9, 2002. Deck entries will be accepted, but close at 5:15 PM. Deck entries may not include a T-shirt in meet bag. Tee shirts on a "first come" basis. Deck entries will be $25.00.

ENTRY FEE: $ 20.00 per entrant. Fee includes swim cap and T-shirt and cookout on beach after race for all participants and volunteers.

DIRECTIONS: From the South: RT.95 North to RT. 110 East, Entrance to Reservation on right about 3 miles (State Reservation Road). From the North: RT. 95 South to RT. 110 East, follow above directions. From the West: RT.495 North to RT.110 East, follow above directions.
