with no more than 3 events on any one day. (exclusive of relays)

Entries must be submitted with verification of time for each event.  
If the meet was out of New England then a copy of the result sheet must be submitted with the entry.

Each swimmer is required to provide a timer or official for each of the sessions that the swimmer is
 attending, including finals if the swimmer qualifies.

**All 12 and under applications should be turned in during the 12 and under championships.  They can be turned
 in with the appropriate fees to the verification table.  Deadline - Tuesday -July 24, 2001.  Deadline for all 13 and
 over entries is:  Tuesday July 31,2001.  Appropriate fees must accompany entries or they will not be entered.

Applications may be mailed to be received by the above dates to:
Ray Grant, 80 Davis St., Seekonk, Ma. 02771.  Checks should be made out to:  Ray Grant.

Any swimmer who makes the cut times is eligible to participate in this meet.
