**The 400 free will be swum fastest to slowest. If
time permits there will be a ten minute warm up before the start of the 400 M.

11 & 12 year olds, and 8 & Unders
**The 11-12 400 Meter Ind. Med. will only have two heats per sex and swimmers
will enter this event with the best 200 M. Ind. Medley time they have achieved.
Saturday P.M. Warm-up: 2:45 Meet: 4:00 p.m.
9-10 Year olds Female Male
***The 9-10 400 Meter Freestyle will only have two
heats per sex and swimmers will enter this event with the best 200 M. Freestyle
time they have achieved.
